AGMs are no longer one-day events, with limited activities. They are now a 2-day event and for the first time in 2022, the association organized a weekend convention.

The AGM and Annual Conventions take place in the first weekend of September every year.

Besides the meetings, there were cultural dances, a barbecue at the park, a gala night, and a football (soccer) match, and the highlight of the day was the presentation of Wimbum culture done by the Wimbum kids.
